UK CAA Nation Private Pilot’s Licence (NPPL)
The holder of a UK NPPL(A) with an SSEA/SLMG Rating may exercise the privileges of the licence to fly non-EASA SSEA or SLMG, as applicable, registered in the UK in UK airspace.

The holder of a UK NPPL(A) with an SSEA/SLMG Rating may exercise the privileges of the licence to fly non-EASA SSEA or SLMG, as applicable, registered in the UK in UK airspace.
The holder of a UK NPPL(A) with an SSEA/SLMG Rating may exercise the privileges of the licence to fly non-EASA SSEA or SLMG, as applicable, registered in the UK in UK airspace. Use of the licence within the airspace of other countries is subject to the agreement of the relevant authorities in those countries.
The licence is also valid for EASA SSEA and SLMGs until 8th April 2018
Requirements for obtaining a NPPL:
Minimum of 32 hours flight training:

22 hours dual training

10 hours solo(including 5 hours solo cross-country flight time)

One Cross Country flight of at least 100nm, during which a full stop landing at two different aerodromes different from the aerodrome of departure takes place.
Pass all 9 PPL multiple choice written exams (75% or higher):

Communications (usually carried out as part of the Radiotelephony Licence)

Radiotelephony Licence – 2 Parts: Written Exam and Oral Exam
Pass the Navigation Flight Test and General Flight Test with a Flight Examiner
