Notice to Customers & Staff - Succession Planning and Ownership Transition

We would like to inform all valued customers and staff of an important development in the ownership and management of the Ravenair Group.

As part of a carefully considered succession plan ensuring the continued stability and success of the business, both longstanding shareholders Sybil and Jeff Nuttall have decided to relinquish a proportion of shareholding within the group. This decision reflects their desire to reduce active involvement after working in and growing the business over many years at Manchester and Liverpool Airports. We would like to thank them for their dedication and hard work.

We are pleased to confirm that the majority of shares will be transferred to members of the existing senior management team. This approach ensures continuity in leadership, preserves the company’s values and culture and maintains the strong relationships we have built with both employees and customers.

There will be no immediate changes to the day-to-day operations of the business. The same team will continue to manage and run the company and our commitment to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service remains unchanged.

We believe this transition represents a positive step forward, positioning the business for long-term growth while retaining the experience and knowledge that has supported its success to date.

Jane Valentine will become majority shareholder and Wayne Barrett will hold a further tranche of shares. The remaining shares will be held by Sybil, Jeff and Simon Nuttall.

All roles and responsibilities will remain the same. A new company “Ravenair Group Limited” has been incorporated and sits above Ravenair Holdings, Cheshire Flying Services, Ravenair Aircraft and Liverpool Aviation Services.
